Unable to open the attached file in the form

    Dear Sir

    Our customer attached word format document via https://www.mandarin247.com/sending-form has disappeared. We cannot open the attached document. The message shows ' No file' when downloading.

    Have you tried downloading the uploads from your Form Submission page or from your email notification?

    I tried downloading the uploads in your form, from your Form Submission page and it is getting downloaded.

    If you are trying to download the uploaded file from your email please note that you will need to be logged in to your Jotform account due to the settings in your Jotform account as shown below.
