I want to keep employee evaluation forms in our company Dropbox account. This is done by HR department but forms should be sent to department managers as well. So, I want to share everything with them as well. Basically, I don't know how to use dropbox with jotform, share forms and folders with others? Hope you can help. Thanks in advance.

Hey Kristian,
JotForm works with many applications that will boost your performance in data collection. Dropbox is one of these applications that will help you to store and organize your form submissions. When you create a Dropbox form, your form submissions will be directed to your Dropbox account and stored there. A new folder is automatically created sharing the name of the form. You can customize the folder's name anytime. All form submissions coming from a particular form will be saved under this folder. Don't forget to integrate other forms as well if you want to save their submissions in Dropbox. A separate folder is created by default for each form.
On the second part of your question, JotForm offers many types of sharing options. When you create your form, you can share it form users via email, social media, or QR code. You can find different sharing options under Publish>Share Options>Share on Twitter (or Facebook) - Download QR Code. If you want other department managers to access Dropbox file request folder, you need to open Dropbox and select the folder. When you click on Share and enter the manager emails, they'll be able to reach the folder. You can let them edit the folder and files in it, or just view them. It depends on your choice.
I hope this will be helpful. Let us know for further assistance.
