Please we need yous assistance, ours email are in the bounce list normally, we put the option of delete os this list, but the comunication have the problem in this momento with the not reception of its comunications.
Please tell us how you can delete of the list bounce our dominio for ever.

Hi.
As you've removed your email from the bounce list, it doesn't seem to be there anymore.
We have some recommendations for you to avoid getting in the bounce list in the future. Please follow these steps:
1. First, go to SETTINGS > EMAIL page then open the email alert that you are going to edit.
2. Go to the RECIPIENTS tab. Make sure the SENDER NAME, REPLY-TO EMAIL and RECIPIENT EMAILS are all properly set.
3. Next, go to the ADVANCED tab and scroll down.
4. Make sure the SENDER EMAIL is correct. Click the SAVE button after you set it.
In addition to this, we recommend that you add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your CONTACT LIST. If you are using an email address with a custom domain, then it would be best to ask your IT team or your email provider to whitelist JotForm's IP addresses and domain names.
