It seems you may have an active subscription in PayPal with the Bronze monthly plan I-STX7DHCTW4ME.
To cancel your subscription kindly go to your PayPal account and follow this guide:-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Once you have canceled the subscription, let us know at this thread so that we can process the refund.

I don't want to cancel my subscription! I was testing out the PayPal invoicing option on some of our forms, and I would like to clear them out. I guess I need to rephrase the question!

The payment submissions count cannot be reset. The counter resets automatically the first day of each month.

I just want to clear the invoices out of my own PayPal account, but PayPal won't allow it.

This cannot be done from JotForm's end. Please contact PayPal support in order to get assistance on clearing the outstanding invoices.
