What form template is best for reservations?

Hey Forum Folks:

I need to create a form for people to book reservations, and for the form to be smart enough to remove those times/dates as they are filled out.

I looked into the Smart Form category, and just couldn't find the answer that works for my purposes.

Once you have a form, you can add the Date Reservation widget. This widget allows the user to select a date that is not yet taken. If a date was previously selected, it will not be available for other users anymore. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
