Please advise why I am not receiving Submission Notifications. I have received them in the past and I have not changed any settings on my account.

From the server logs, it shows that the email was sent to vinophiliacbaja@gmail.com. Have you checked the Spam emails?
Try whitelisting our IP address and Domains.
