Can I import an excel file to create a form?

Is it possible to upload an excel file to create an order form for the products section. With our current online form service, we have to enter each item individually which is very time consuming. We would like to be able to use and Excel file that would have 3 separate 3 or 4 columns of data for the product info and then a Quantity Column that would be filled out by the person completing the form. For example, the imported excel columns for the product descriptions would be SKU, Manufacturer #, Description, Size.

See attached for a screen shoot of current form. The product info imported could be merged together or kept separate.

In the screenshot you shared, is that the Excel file you're referring to?

Unfortunately, we do not have a tool to import Excel file to Form. However, you can check the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
