I need to move my form to fall under another user, as I'm leaving my job. Can you help me move it to another account?

Yes we can do that for you. Please tell us the name or the URL of the forms that needs to be moved, and to which username to move it to.

    Thanks!

We just published this form. I want to make sure that moving it to this other user won't disrupt people trying to get to it.

    Currently it lives at: https://form.jotform.com/jdreed/ownyourfaith

I need to move it to: Lbent05 (Laura Benton)

We're all under the same church, and she has access to our shared business account (jdreed) - and when we move the form to her user, she will also move it under jdreed.

I just want to make sure that if people try to get to the form by the link above, that it will still work.

    Thank you!

Apologies however, I just want to clarify.

As I can currently see, the form is owned by jdreed. Your request is to move the form to Lbent05, which she will then move to jdreed.

If this is the case, there is no need to move the form as the original owner is jdreed and the final owner will still be jdreed.

If you have underlying needs with the form transfer, aside from the ownership, you may share it to us so we can suggest a better route.

Also note that since you are using Custom URLs, as you notice, the URL contains the form owner's username. As such, moving it to another user will make the Custom URL invalid.

In addition, only the form owner can request the form to be transferred. Should you wish to proceed for this form to be transferred, you need to login as jdreed and request for the form to be transferred.

I will still need to move it, because currently when I try to export the responses, all communications go to Shelby Cook's email, and we'll need it to go to my direct team member, Laura Benton.

I was the form creator (under Cassidy Rowell; me) - then I needed it to fall under jdreed, and our support team recommended I share an account with Shelby. Well I didn't realize what all this entailed, so then we all realized it made more sense for me to share with my direct team member, Laura.

Right now, Laura can't see the form although she has access to jdreed. She has access to the Life Groups folder under Jdreed; but nothing else. Right now, I can't move the form to the LG folder; but it's where it needs to go. Make sense?

To clarify,do you have access to the form?

You may edit the email recipient's email address so that it will send the notification email to your preferred user.

    Guide:How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

I have checked the account jdreed and it seems his grandfathered to share forms. You may assign/share the form to your colleague by logging in to jdreed and share the form.

    Kindly check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Hope this information helps.
