Embedded Form not sending responses to our marketing service

    We are a client of Jotform & we use you guys for our website & Management service.
    Today for whatever reasons JofForm is not working, it seems like we are having a problem receiving our request.
    Jotform is connected to our website & management service, when you request a video or Flyer on our website we are spouse to receive the request to our management service but instead of our request we are getting bunch of links that we don’t have any idea what they are.
    We need some to help us to correct this issue ASAP

    Upon checking, there is currently no form on your guest account. I was able to see forms related to my broker search, however, can you please confirm which forms are you having issues with?

    Please send us the form URLs of the problematic forms. And as you mentioned the forms are used within your website & management service, please also share to us the URL where the forms are embedded.

    Also, can you please share a screenshot of the issue on your management service side? Please note that we are unable to receive email attachments. Please follow this guide to share screenshots:


    Due to data privacy, I would also suggest that you login to your Jotform account that owns the form so that we can confirm you own the forms and we can give you more appropriate response.
