    Actually it's very good application but there is an issue.

    How I can extract the survey submission results in excel sheet?

    Hello,

    To extract the get an Excel sheet for your form submissions, you could try exporting your form data to Excel, create an Excel report or download form submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF.
