JotForm's accessibility

I am  looking for something that has good basic access built in?

I can only find responses up to 2 years ago on access - can you tell me what you have done since then to increase access?

    Thanks

    Hi,

if you are referring to a database or MS Access to integrate it with a Jotform form, unfortunately, there's no direct way of doing this. But there's a workaround and this can be done through Webhooks Integration. This feature can transfer your submission data to your own database with a little PHP script code.

If you are referring to a different query please let us know.

No, I was thinking more of disability access like W3C stuff, compatibility with screen readers, ability to alter contrast and size of text etc

    I apologize for the confusion.

As of now, JotForm still uses the drag and drop method and has fields generated from the form builder and there would still be issues regarding accessibility. We still recommend using the form's full source code or the iFrame code to pass all the accessibility checker, and to use it in a file hosted on your server. If there would be errors we can efficiently help you and manage the codes to fix it.

JotForm is still developing a lot of features and trying to meet users' needs. Our backend team is handling a lot of tickets for feature requests from users that were very useful and currently prioritized. We also need input from users that have specific requirements to improve and identify problems, we are open for suggestions and feedbacks and these are being handled accordingly.
