Issues Downloading Completed Form

Hello,

I am trying to download a completed form from our On Premise Recap Submissions (URL is below). Specifically I am trying to download as PDF the one from today, 9/22. Every time I download it, I am unable to open it - it says there is an error and it cannot be opened. I have never had this issue before, I do this routinely and have not changed the computer I'm using or any software.

I noticed you have sub-user access to the Form. Could you please ask the Form owner to re-add you if you are still experiencing the issue.

I was unable to reproduce any issues while I checked from your account.
