What happens if I downgrade my subscription plan from Gold to Silver.

if i upgrade to the gold for few motnhs and after i downgrade to the silver, what happen to my forms?

If you downgrade your account from Gold to Silver subscription plan, your account limits such as monthly submission, upload storage will decrease.

For example, The Upload Storage Space is 100 GB for the Silver subscription plan and 1TB for the Gold subscription plan. If you have 200 GB on the Gold subscription plan and you decide to downgrade to Silver, your files will not be deleted, but your account will go over the limit and your forms will be disabled. 

In that case, to enable the forms you will have to clear upload storage space (reduce it below 100 GB) on your account. To achieve that you will have to delete the submissions with uploads.

How to Delete Form Submission Data

Please take note: Deleted submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
