Reset button does not work and forms do not clear after submitting.

Our forms are imbedded in our intranet using iframe.
We recently activated "Continue Forms Later" and added the reset button.
I submitted a form and the info did not clear. I Click the reset button and it did not clear.

What can be done to ensure forms are compatible with iframes.

Since you have enabled the Autofill option in your Form so the browser will store the last submission data until you have cleared your browser cache. Could you please share your website URL so that we can test your website.

We are waiting for your response.

    Thanks.

    Couple issues.

If you are going to submit a test, don't do it on the live form. Make a copy and change the email recipients. This form goes to a lot of people and feeds directly into another system and you are causing problems for us.

I have lots of people asking me what this.

It is not autofill, it is continue where you left off which I would expect to clear after submitting. Where I left off was complete and ready to start a new form.

    Continue Forms Later

Enable or disable autofill on your form.

That's the link but you won't be able to access it, the site requires one to have an EnTech email address.

I just submitted a different form with the same settings and did not have the same problem.

Thank you for the additional details.

To clarify, when the form is submitted and you load the form again, the data entered in your form is still there?

Also, we are asking if we can test submit the form so we can verify if the issue only persists in a specific form. Sometimes, when we clone the form, it is working fine while the original form has the issue.

By the way, if you are using save and continue later or save sessions, I don't think you still need the "autofill" function?

For more details about autofill function, please refer to this guide:How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

Let me know if I misunderstood something so we can further check your form.

yes, that is what happened yesterday. The information is not there now. It seems to have cleared after 24 hours.
The manual clear button does not work, I think this is because iframes prevents the confirmation popup.

By the way, if you are using save and continue later or save sessions, I don't think you still need the "autofill" function?
What is the difference between these?  I only see "Continue Forms Later (Enable or disable autofill on your form.)"

May we know how have you embedded the Form? Which code have you used to embed? The iFrame method is usually recommended.

The difference of the session method of saving and the auto-fill option is as follow:

    1. Auto Fill feature: The "Auto-Fill" feature of your form which will save the input data every few seconds. Please be noted that the auto-fill feature saves the input data in a browser cookie. That means if the user accesses the form again from another browser, another system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible.

The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later

    2. Save input data in session: User can save the input data in the session that is stored in our server. Please be noted that this feature requires should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved only on the click of the next button.

The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

You can allow users to return to edit their submission in an email autoresponder.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

The emailed link will allow users to return to their specific submission at any time to update their data.  Once the submission is updated, it will be replaced with the new data, rather than creating a new submission.

    Thanks.

I feel like we are on the right track.
When I copy and paste the iframes info it rejects it. If I give a url it creates its own iframewith code:
    <iframe src='https://form.jotform.com/60736849984172' allowFullscreen=true frameBorder=0 referrerpolicy='origin' allow='autoplay; encrypted-media' sandbox='allow-forms allow-scripts allow-presentation allow-popups allow-same-origin' ></iframe>

Hello - Have you tried using the Javascript Embed code if it will work on your end as expected.
