- In what way will I receive the completed form from my customers?
- How do I collect all the responses I receive into a centralized, searchable database?

You can reach all your submissions from JotForm Submission Page from https://www.jotform.com/blog/organize-form-submissions-with-jotform-inbox/
You can also see your submission data on the JotForm Submission page. To see more information, press this link.
In addition to this, you can collect all submissions in Google Sheets file as well. You can reach detailed information about JotForm Google Sheets Integration from this link.
Also, we have an API. If you are a developer, you can take the submissions of your forms and save your database by using many programming languages. To check the details about JotForm API, please click this link.
