Now if you just need others to edit the form we also have a feature called collaboration, where users could work on the form at the same time. Hers is a guide for Form Collaboration feature: Understanding-Form-Collaboration

Sorry I am just getting back into this - So with the collaboration mode - is that meant for multiple users to be able to edit the actual form or would they also be able to go in - open up and edit results?
We need the whole team to have access to the results and be able to open/edit/save the results.

The Form Collaboration feature will only allow members of your team to edit the form itself.

As for viewing and editing submissions, we can only suggest that you create a submission report that shows "Edit URLs" and is protected by a password.

However, the feature has already been discontinued in October 2018 and is now only available with an Enterprise account.
