I can't figure out how to get my pdf form to attach to the email being sent to the person filling out the form after they submit. I have uploaded it in the autoresponder area but when I sent a test email, nothing is attached, https://form.jotform.com/PhotosbyHolly/newborn-session-contract

Thank you for contacting us. You need to create an Autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Then, make sure to enable the PDF Attachment feature at the advanced settings: https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications

I have done all of that, nothing is attached to the email I send when I send a test email

I can see that you have now created the Autoresponder in the form, and turned on the PDF Attachment, however, you need to make sure to check the PDF Document to be attached:
