Thank you for responding. This document was very helpful, however, I do not have the elements listed on the pdf editor. Am I doing something wrong? Should I create the application as a form and convert it somehow to a writable pdf? I am confused at this point of what and how to create our scholarship application. Help!

    Thanks!

Can you please explain your question in detail? Are you trying to create a PDF document or a fillable PDF?

It will help us provide you with the appropriate workaround/suggestions if you can elaborate further on what you wanted to do using the form. You can also show us a screenshot of the issue so we can see/check what you're referring to.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi jherwin,

I would like to create our application using a fillable pdf. We would like for the application to be saved so that if the applicant is interrupted and needs to return, they can and also allow for printing to a pdf for the applicants records. I am currently using the PDF Editor. I noticed that when I am using the editor and using a template that some of the elements that we would like to include on our pdf form are not available. For instance, we would like to use check boxes for a couple of the questions. This option does not appear on the element list as it does when you use a form. See the screen shots below.

Please let me know if this explains what we are trying to do and if you need additional explanation. Thank you.

Yes, you are correct. Not all form fields are available in the PDF Editor.

What you can do is create the form as an online form and the convert if into a PDF form.

Please check this related guide: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

We would like for the application to be saved so that if the applicant is interrupted and needs to return, they can

For this purpose, first you will need to enable the Save and Continue feature as explained in this guide: How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Then convert the forms to PDF form as explained in the previous guide shown above.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you. One additional question.

We would like to add two logos to the header, is that possible and if so, how do we do it?

    Thanks!
