New recipient address not getting form emails

    Let's just forget this problem, thanks anyway.  I'll just live with it.

     

     The only thing I want to do is make sure that when the form is submitted it goes to gbwines@.  I have changed all the email notices to that email address but the forms are still coming to salamone@.  I have mentioned this to someone on another thread but have not yet received a reply. If I can get that fixed then I am done and I appreciate your assistance.

     

     

    Order Wines page is where the form GB Wine Order Form (this is the new version) is located.  I want that form to go to gbwines@ when it is completed by  a customer.

    I see that you have successfully changed the email recipient in your form and it is working properly now.

    Please note that when the 'Test Email' button is used, the email is being sent to the email address associated with the Jotform account. However, when the form is submitted, the email is being sent to the specific email recipient.

    No, form submissions are still coming to my email address. This is an order I just submitted. It came straight to my email box. What can I do to make sure the submitted forms go to gbwines@me.com ?
    This was NOT a test message, this was a form submission from the web site gehringerwines.ca .

    According to the account email history, the emails are being sent to the updated email address:

    There is a chance that you are using some kind of email forwarding, or checking a different inbox.
