Address map locator not working

Hi 

The address map locator widget isn't working correctly on this form:

I have updated the API key but it won't prefill addresses or show any options. Am I missing something?

As I check the form, the map seems to be displaying correctly at my end. Were you able to fix the issue with the widget? If you still notice any issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again. 

The map shows but it doesn't locate addresses like it is supposed to. Usually you start typing an address and it shows different address options. When you select the address on the drop down it pre fills the latitude, longitude, province and country. But it doesn't do that.

I have also checked your form and it seems working fine on my end. May I ask if your form is embedded in a website? If it is, kindly provide us the URL where your form is located.

Not embedded at this stage. I am opening it in Chrome. Just tried in IE and doesn't work on that either. Will try on another computer later. Any reason why it wouldn't work on this computer?

Kindly try it on the incognito tab, if the issue still persists may you please send us a screenshot of the issue you are showing? If it loads on the incognito tab then clear your browser's cache then try to load it again.
