Hi we have multipule forms in our system is there any way we can restrict a user to only be able to access one of those forms to modify submissions and edit the form?

Hi,
To clarify, you have multiple users on using your JotForm account? If so, it's not possible to limit their access to your forms. If you have shared your account's username and password to other users they will have full access to all of your forms and account information.
However, this can only be done on a JotForm Enterprise account: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Also, if you would just like to collaborate with a colleague on a form, you can make use of the JotForm's Form Collaboration feature: Understanding-Form-Collaboration
