How many users for Bronze plan?

I only need 2 users so I can push submissions to one other person.  Is this possible?  Thanks!

Unfortunately, the sub-user account feature is only available for Enterprise users.

If you just wish to forward the notifications to 2 more users, you can add all the email addresses as a recipient email.

You can also make the submission page public and share it with the other 2 users so they can access the submissions.
