Hi!
We do not limit templates selection, but would you mind sharing some more information on the problem so we checked closer? What is the form that is not connecting to Square?

I have checked your account and I can see that there are two forms.
One of your forms has Square Payment integration already added and it is connected in test mode. This is the form: https://form.jotform.com/193425502559158
Here is a screenshot for reference:
Can you please check and confirm?

Yes this is working I think. Haven’t had a customer try yet to know for sure but it appears to be working. The other one if it can be integrated into square is the one I would prefer to use if PayPal can be a pay option on that form?

Hello KayLynn,
I would suggest switching the payment mode to LIVE since you cannot receive actual payments using the TEST MODE.
Also, users cannot pay using PayPal in that form. If you want, you can replace it with a PayPal Pro payment field. It will give your users an option to pay using PayPal account or a credit/debit card. However, you need to remove the Square field to be able to add PayPal Pro.

So you cannot use PayPal and square together. Is that correct?

Yes. You are correct. You can only have one payment field per form. So if you wish to use PayPal, you need to remove the Square field to be able to add the former into your form.
Or if having two payment fields in a single form is necessary, a workaround for that is to create another form with the PayPal field and embed it to the form with Square. Here's a guide for that: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form
