Upgrade Questions

    Hello,

    I have a few questions about upgrading our account. 

    1) The information given (i.e. number of forms, submissions, etc) is that per month or per year?

    2) How many users can be on the account?

    1) The information given (i.e. number of forms, submissions, etc) is that per month or per year?

    All the below limits are per month and they get reset automatically on the first day of the next month:

    - Submission

    - Payment submission

    - Form views

    All the below limits are one time i.e. the amount shown on your account are the total:-

    - Number of forms

    - Upload space

    - Total submission storage

    2) How many users can be on the account?

    Adding users on the account is a feature of  the JotForm Enterprise plan.
