As we check your account, it is active, holding Silver subscription plan and good in standing. If you have forgotten your account password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.

I can not see any links that are sent, as the message reads: 'Looks like your IP address has been banned...
Our automatic phishing prevention system has suspended your account due to a possible phishing attempt in your form(s).
I've included a screenshot below, but that's what the message reads.

We can't see your screenshot. Please note that the files attached to an email will not be shown here on the forum. You need to open this thread and upload your screenshot.
I saw that you have several sub accounts, so I checked your domain in our system and I found one suspended account. The username of this account is LevelsOp. Your other sub-accounts are sharing the same IP address as the suspended account and because of that, they were not able to log in. I whitelisted that IP address. Your other sub account users should be able to log in now.
