Why there is no auto renew for the package took?

    Hi team,

    Would like to check with you on the auto renew for the bronze package that we took. Why this time there is no auto renew for the package? Besides, I also not able to view the old submission.

    All plans auto renew at the end of the billing period. In your account, I can see that the last payment was on Dec 10, 2018 for the Silver yearly plan.

    It seems that this year, the auto renew did not occur probably because, your credit card got expired and hence your account was downgraded to Free.

    Please check and then upgrade to the required plan. Since we have a current on going sale of 50% discount on yearly plans, you can check that and upgrade your account.

    Besides, I also not able to view the old submission.

    You can upgrade your account which would replenish old submissions too.
