Free account questions

I am looking at using Jotform for my website and have just a couple of questions about the free service:

1.  I am assuming what is included is per month?  The other pricing structures say "monthly", the free service does not....

2.  Can this data be exported into a spreadsheet?

3.  What happens if I exceed any of the criteria mentioned in this service?

1.  I am assuming what is included is per month?  The other pricing structures say "monthly", the free service does not

You can be a Free user as long as you want. But we do have a monthly limit for submissions and form views. For the free user, you can receive up to 100 submissions and your forms can be viewed up to 1,000 form views. If you want to increase your limits, you need to upgrade your account or you can wait for the monthly reset which happens every first day of the month. 

2.  Can this data be exported into a spreadsheet?

3.  What happens if I exceed any of the criteria mentioned in this service?

Your forms will be disabled and you will receive an email to upgrade your account. You can choose not to upgrade it and wait for the monthly reset and your forms will be enabled again.
