    Hi

Every year ask all my youth theatre members who are taking part in the summer camp to fill out a registration form and pay. There are three ways to pay

    1. By installments via paypal

    2. In total via paypal

    3. In total via online banking

At the moment I am creating three forms and asking applicants to choose the correct form to match with which method to pay by. This is creating a lot of additional admin for me. Is there a better way of doing this? Creating a master form that links to separate payment forms for instance?

Also can applicants create some sort of account so that they can monitor and edit their own applications?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, To clarify you would want to minimize the effort taken by not creating separate forms for different payment methods to be taken from your customers. You can set up Paypal along with Other Payment Options in Jotform, please see the guide below on how to implement this on a single form.

Also, see the guide below on how to let users update their forms submissions at a later date.
