How can I create a Form that will send all the information and documents atached as a e-mail?

    Hello,


    I would like to know if it is possible to create an form, that I will add payment information like Company Name, Product bought, Bank account information and also be able to attach a bill and the invoice (in Brazil "nota fiscal" and "Boleto").

    Then, when I submit this form it will send all this info and attachments to an e-mail, it is possible?

    Thank you.


    Ps. Can I write in portuguese or is better to write in english?

    Hum.. Ainda não ajudou muito, vou tentar te explicar o processo.

    No presente momento, os pagamentos da minha empresa são enviados da área de suprimentos para o financeiro via e-mail, onde anexamos a nota fiscal, boleto ou dados bancários com as informações a respeito da compra.

    Preciso de um um formulário que solicite as seguintes informações:

    -Nome da empresa;

    -Produto comprado;

    -Nota fiscal (.pdf anexado);

    -Dados bancários ou anexo do boleto em .pdf;

    -Outros anexos pertinentes em .pdf (contrato, orçamento, etc).

    Desse formulário seria gerado um e-mail automático ao financeiro enviando essas informações preenchidas no corpo do e-mail e os arquivos subidos no formulário.

    A integração atual do formulário com o google sheets auxilia no planilhamento dessas informações, mas aí eu tenho que realizar uma api com G-mail e essa planilha para automatizar esse envio.

    You can create a form with fields asking for that information. However, please note that collecting sensitive information such as bank data/information is against our Terms of Use.

    If you send a proof that your business needs collecting bank information and the like. In such a case, collecting bank details can be allowed and it's not illegal. 

    However, many phishers will still use our form builder to steal this very sensitive information and there is no guarantee that your forms won't be marked as suspicious by our system, especially if the account is on free status.

    In the case of your business, we advise to build the form to gather this info, but a signature field and terms and condition must be added, so your clients will be signing to be in agreement with providing such information.

    To make this to work, your account must be on paid status, so the automated system will mark it still high, but won't be automatically suspended, and our Form Reviewers Team (who are in charge of manually checking forms on paid accounts) would set the form as an exception. Otherwise, the system will mark suspicious and suspend all forms on free accounts

    Entendi, no caso minha conta é paga, tenho o plano "bronze".

    No entanto o responsável pelo preenchimento das informações seria a minha empresa, funcionando como uma plataforma de comunicação interna, ou seja, envio de informações entre a área de Suprimentos para o Financeiro.

    Porém, como você informou que há a possibilidade de ataque de phishers, irei buscar outra solução.
