Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to make a form always available for someone to fill out and unlimited times, instead of them receiving one by email? After they finish a form, I was also wondering if it would be possible for a PDF of that form to be sent to a gmail account, even if it were HIPAA-protected information?

    Thank you

It is possible for the form to be embedded to your web page.

In this way the form is readily available in your web page to be filled.

You can also share the form URL link .

It is possible to create a PDF document out of your form submission data even when HIPAA is enabled.

You may also include the created PDF document in your notification email.

    Hope this information helps.
