FailedX after file extension name

    Hello,

    "FailedX" text appears after the file extension name when we upload a file and before submitting. The file still uploads successfully but we would like to avoid any confusion for our site users. Please see attached screenshot.

    Thanks for reaching out.


    I have tried sending a test submission in your standalone form and was not able to replicate the issue (failedX did not appear). Also, the submit button only enables once the upload is done (100%).

    To help us troubleshoot the issue. We suggest embedding your form to your website using iFrame method and check if the issue persists.
