Hi - looks like my acct is suspended? reading another post, looks like it is because of some sensitive info we requested - i.e. SSN. I'm fine to eliminate that portion. Can we do that and reactivate?

I have checked your account and I see that it was suspended for suspicious phishing activity due to the following forms with the fields asking for sensitive information from respondents.
I have reactivated your account. However, to prevent the same inconvenience from happening in the future, please make sure that you have included in your form both a Signature widget AND a Terms&Conditions widget.

The widgets will serve as proof that your respondents agreed to have their sensitive information collected through your form.
