Form stuck on "Please wait.." message

    Hi KrisLei--

    Same exact issue here...just gets stuck on "Please wait..." and never goes further.

    Thank you for providing the form link. 

    I checked the form and I can see that there are multiple payment options that are set up. To clarify again, the issue only happens when choosing the Square payment option, correct? If so, I checked the form for the Square payment option, 2020 NAFEA Membership- Square, and it seems that Square is not yet integrated with your account.

    Kindly try to set up the Square integration first on the form, then let us know if the issue still persists.
