Are you embedding the form to your website? This happens in a Chrome browser if the website does not have a secure connection (doesn't start with an https).
If this is not the case, please send us the ID of your form, and we will investigate further.

Thanks for replying! Yes, we're embedding the form on our website - am using Firefox so not sure about the secure connection.

I have checked the provided link in Firefox as well, and it looks like they have implemented this security measure as well.
Please make sure you are using https, and hot http in order to be able to fill out card information. So, your link should look like this:

That did not help my issue. I do have the https in chrome and it still won't show the credit card fields.

I tested your form. I was able to successfully fill the credit card fields. Please refer to the attachment.
Can you please elaborate on this, so we can further investigate?

Yes, thank you, someone else told me to disconnect and reconnect stripe. It worked properly after I did that. So sorry for the trouble. Thanks for your help!
