Notification email does not contain the entire data

    So, usually when someone submits their application/form, we'll receive an email indicating the person's submission and the other party will also receive a submission reference.

    But I've just noticed that whenever we receive a submission (recently actually), I don't receive the full information. For instance, certain things that was keyed in by the other person doesn't show up in my email however the person that filled in the form will get a full detailed reference.

    Hopefully I'm not too confusing.

    Could you try reintegrating the notification email into the form i.e. deleting the existing one in your form and adding a new one. This will pull in all updated form fields into the email. Do not forget to Save the email.

    Hi Gerard,

    I've been testing it out since yesterday and tried sending a 'test' email to myself but I haven't been receiving anything. I've submitted a submission through the form but I don't receive any notification regarding that submission. But as a submitter, I do receive a confirmation email.
