Notification email is no longer being forwarded to our email

    Hello, for some reasons our adoption applications are no longer being forwarded to our email ( nothing has changed on our end, and I can not figure out why we are no longer getting them.

    Can you please confirm if this is the form that you are referring to,

    Based on your post, it seems that you were able to receive notifications for this before, however, I can only see one submission and for that submission, the notification email has been sent.



    Since there are three recipients, please confirm if the other recipients were not able to receive as well.

    If this is not the form, kindly share to us the form URL and the submission ID where you did not receive the notification email.
