    Hello,

I have been asked by our OIT team to reach out about setting up DKIM authentication for our domain. Many JotForm emails are ending up in our spam folders, and we are trying to prevent this. Please advise on what we need to do to complete this process.

    Thank you,

Thank you for contacting us. We don't have a DKIM Authentication option. If you want to, we can submit a feature request to our developers, however, we would not be able to provide any estimated time-frame for a resolution.

Please note that if you want to use a custom sender on your email notifications, you can use these options:

    1) https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert

    2) https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Thank you for your response. We have the SMTP set up. Currently, our notification emails come from the SMTP address, but the sender still says JotForm. When I try to change it, it only allows me to select from fields on the form. Is there any way to change this? We want all emails to be sent from the name "UTFI Advancement Services". Let me know what our options are.

Hi, when you set up SMTP, the Sender Email will no longer be noreply@jotform.com. So, I think that you are referring to the Sender Name. You can select a form field, such as the Full Name field as the Sender Name, example:

The field "Full Name" in the example above is populated on the form, correct? Is there any way to select a Sender Name that is not populated on the form?

Hi, the "Full Name" field is the one that captures the form filler's name. You could add a new Short Text Entry field, hide it, and put a default value in it, then assign it as the Sender Name:
