Unfortunately QR code is not show  in inbox or submission. Interesting it will display QR code when editing submission, but his unprintable with snipping(screenshot)

Can have the QR code showing in backend at alltimes?

I have tested a cloned version of your form but I was not able to reproduce the issue  you have described.

Perhaps you were able to fix the issue?

Otherwise, please give us more details about the device or browser you are using so we may try to replicate the issue on our end.

Also, you can try adding a Print Form button in your form to Print the submission in Edit mode.  http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

Hi Mike, I can see from your test you have purchased product.

The issue is when product is not purchased for I don't want customer having QR code, as I would like to use this as proof of purchase.

Option I will try now, is NO customer will get QR code, but Admin will regardless of payment status and then print out form for customer that have purchased.

If you want the QR code to be displayed only when product is selected, try replacing it with this widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/qr-code as I've tested it with condition and it works.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

I have easily achieved your explanation but this is not what is required. This isn't what I am trying to achieve. I refer to my last question.

"Hi Mike, I can see from your test you have purchased product.

The issue is when product is not purchased for I don't want customer having QR code, as I would like to use this as proof of purchase...."

I would like admin(backend) to assess QR code at all time and add if payment has been taken manually to QR code and then print(or send) and new QR code to customer.

Ideally I would like all customer to have a QR code with visual text, showing purchased or not purchase. QR code could just contain other data we require.

At the moment I have QR showing on form, but not emailed for to customer. With conditions on Thank you message it will show QR code it will show visual text if  purchase or unpurchased(will not show QR code) This way unpurchase customer have no record of QR code unlees screenshot of form is taken. Staff will be trained to only except Thankyou message. I will need to email thankyou message to customer.

This not the solution I am after, but a workaround till we have one.

It is possible to email thank your message to customers?

    Hello,

It is pretty easy to send a thank you email to your customers. Just add an autoresponder email to your form and configure it. Here's a little demonstration:

Hopefully, this message will be helpful. Kind regards.

Sorry, but I'm just confused with your requirement whether to show it or not to show it (QR Code widget).

Based on the question highlighted above, regardless if they select the payment field or not, QR code widget should not appear on your form, correct? If so, why not just make the field hidden?

You'll first need to make two QR Code widget then you'll need to create conditions that if payment field is not empty, show the QR Code with purchased value, otherwise, show the QR Code widget with not purchased value.

In my sample screencast, QR Code is always visible, but those are two different QR Codes with value of "Purchased" and "Not Purchased". Please check and let us know if you have any questions.

I think you taking pieces of the thread out of context, somethings you have highlight are in response to option some option discussed as a workaround.

I will find the other thread where it all started.
