Form Notification not working.

    Some of our sales team members are using the JOT form to do their sales reports but the sales manager is not receiving them. They seem to be going into Cyberspace. Neither sales leadership or the sales rep is receiving the JOT form. How do we correct this?

    If you are having issues with the email notification, please go to your Forms > Settings > Emails then click on Notifications.

    Please confirm that the email correct, if the email address is correct, please try to add a @gmail account to test if your business email is having issues.
