can we have access to the account by multiple users

    Please note that there can be only one login information for one account.

    We DO NOT recommend sharing your account credentials to anyone for login by multiple users.

    There is an option to share forms with users and provide them full access to all forms. But, this feature is currently available only for Jotform Enterprise subscribers - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/.

    In case you want multiple users to work on the same form (edit form) at the same time, the collaboration feature would help - https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration

    Thank you.  That's good to know. 

    My situation is that I have 10-12 therapists who will need new clients to complete a form.  I can use conditional logic to send notification to the therapist whose client completed the information and the email will include the completed fields. But that's not HIPAA compliant (at least I don't think it is). 

    If I pay for the HIPAA level account what exactly will be different?

    The other question is can we get a prorated refund if four months down the road, we no longer need to use the forms I create?

    Please note that you can send email notification and still keep it HIPAA compliant. You just have to mark the required fields as protected and they will not be shown in the email.

    To upgrade to HIPAA, firstly you should be having a Silver or Gold Jotform subscription on your account. After you manually upgrade to HIPAA, all your forms and data are transferred/migrated to a HIPAA compliant server, separate from normal accounts.

    Yes, you can get the prorated refund. Please note that you can also disable HIPAA (if you have upgraded) from your Account settings itself.
