How long are submissions saved and can I download PDF submissions?

Storage

- will all information submitted be archived, if so, for how long? Can this be printed off or downloaded (ideal) once a day?

Reporting

- export the data to excel, or generate a pdf report of fields of my choosing for a date range, or by physician user. Ideally sortable by physician, date they completed a call with pt health care # so billings can be done easily

All submitted data will be stored on JotForm servers until you remove them. 

Depending on your plan, you will have limits on your storage and submissions.

If you reach your storage limit (in case you need to upload files), your patient won't be able to access forms. 

If you exceed your submissions limit, the oldest submissions will be automatically removed to add space for a new one. 

Storage limit and submissions are fixed, they do not reset, and the size of them depends on the plan you choose.

You can create a pdf report that will be sent with every email notification. You can fully customize those PDF files and add any fields you like.

You can also download them at any time you wish to.
