I am wanting to use JotForm for a project for an online art show for a nonprofit agency that will only require the form and associated data be active over a period of a couple of months, however, because images need to be uploaded, the data will probably exceed the free plan. If the nonprofit purchases an annual plan, and then downgrades to a free plan after a few months, will a refund be issued for the remainder of the prepaid annual plan?

I assume we can download the data, including images, and thereby reduce our storage use.

    Is that correct?

Yes, a prorated refund will be provided for the unused months. You can also download the submissions data and the uploaded files. Submissions counter will not reset when you delete your form submissions data after you download them but the upload space counter does. For all users, the submissions counter will only reset every first day of the following month. Example, next reset would be on April 01, 2020.

If you have any other questions, let us know.

If you also haven't yet known, we offer a 50% discount for the nonprofit. You can submit your application here https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/.
