How to enable HIPAA forms?

    Hi, we need to setup a Hipaa compliant form for our website where we do Non Emergency medical Transportation.  

    Im logged in and see how to make forms, but how do i make them Hipaa compliant?

    HIPAA forms are available in your account if you have Silver or Gold plan. 

    After you purchase the desired plan, you can upgrade the account from the Data page in your account.

    Please note that the upgrade can take a few hours to complete.

    Also, i am wondering with the Google Drive or Gsheets plugin, are we able
    to save to Shared drives? or only "My Drive" Folders?
