I'm trying to figure out the best way to share the form between collaborators

Hey - I'm trying to figure out the best way to share the form between collaborators.

There are 4 stations at our facility and the staff switch places often (ex: Person A might be at Truck Check-in on Monday, and at Product Destruction for the rest of the week).  Product starts at Truck Check-in, then stops at Unloading, then Product Destruction, then the process is over once Certificate of destruction is complete.

    1. Truck Check – whoever is at this station answers questions 2 through 22
    2. Unloading - whoever is at this station answers questions 23 through 37
    3. Product Destruction - whoever is at this station answers questions 38 through 45
    4. Certificate of destruction - whoever is at this station answers questions 46 through 51

    At Truck Check-in, product is given a label of {productType39} and {productDescription}

When the product arrives at Unloading, the employee working at that station (whoever it may be) should see a list of only products that are ready for unloading.  The employee will locate the product form by the label of {productType39} and {productDescription}.  Once the employee finishes the Unloading section of the form, the form moves to the Product destruction station, and the cycle continues. The list of products at each station should be easy to view on a phone or tablet

Is there a way to set up Sheets or an app integration that will work well for this?

Yes you can integrate your form with Google Sheets:

However, please note that any changes you make within the sheet may break the integration.

On the other hand, you can also share your Submissions page:

I believe the Share Form's Submission Page is outdated.  I don't have those options available to me on Jotform.  Please advise

    Hey there!

Thank you for writing back to us.

I would like to inform you that collaboration starts with the person who wants to share his form with someone else. It won't matter whether the collaborator has a JotForm account or not. Each collab session will have its own unique session URL that you can share with someone else.

If this is something you are looking to work with, then we have some fantastic news for you.

Please follow this help guide below which explains more about how exactly you can collaborate the form with other team members

Try this and let us know if that helps.
    Thanks.

It looks like Form Collaboration is to collaborate on the creation of a form.  I need my team to collaborate on the submission of forms

    Hi,

I'm looking to create something like the below sample for each station, Unloading, Product Destruction, and Certificate of destruction. It doesn't need to look exactly like the below image, I just need it to be simple.

I would recommend you to kindly try with a report, reports can be shared with anyone and can be password protected as well, you can also decide which fields to include.

Here are some links to reports that may help:

    I hope this helps.

Grid Listing Report or a building a visual report could work well, however, I'm having trouble figuring out how to only show submissions that have certain Get Page URL criteria.

    Hello,

It's not possible to filter results on reports such as Grid Listing, although the visual report supports this. Here is a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/281-How-to-Use-Visual-Report-Filters

I suggest you try the guide, otherwise we will make a feature request in your behalf.

    Thank you for your patience.

Is there any way to have the Get Page URL's in the shared visual report as clickable hyperlinks?

    Ex: https://www.jotform.com/report/20099373715105409

    Unfortunately no,

Currently there is no way to turn a text inside a Grid Cell into a hyperlink as I would assume you intend to, only with a text element.

I could make a request for this feature to our backend team if you want to.

But as of now there is no way to dynamically convert a grid cell data into a hyperlink.

    Thank you for your patience.
