What should I do to be able to see the uploaded images on the PDF?

    i need image upload which can be seen in pdf form how to do it

    Thank you for your message. You can use the Image Upload Preview widget or the File Upload widget.

    But using this feature i am unable to see the image in my pdf form .

    I checked your form and was able to successfully see the images in your PDF document. You should be also able to see the images in your PDF report.

    Can you please try to create a new PDF document, in order to double check? You can check and follow this guide:
