We are in the process of building out a form-- we are super hopeful that this will work for us and would love to upgrade if we can get this workflow figured out.
We have a purchase order that needs to be signed by multiple parties.
Is there a way to route a form from one person to the next?
Basically, an employee fills out most of the form, signs it and submits.
After they submit, the next person in the workflow gets an alert. and they can get review the form with all the data the last person entered and sign.
Here;'s the form: https://form.jotform.com/201135296986160
thank you,
Gregg

The form you are looking to create is possible to set up in JotForm. To my understanding, what you are trying to set up is a form with an approval process workflow.
What you will need to set up in your form are email notifications or autoresponders that will be sent to a specific email address for approval. The email notification/autoresponder in your form will be sent based on the status/selection/input of a field or fields in your form. It can also be based on what URL the form is being accessed on. The email notification/autoresponder that will be sent to the person that will review the submission has an edit link of the submission.
