Yes, you can do this with JotForm by utilizing the following features:

    1. Page Break for multi page form (https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-a-Multi-Page-Form-with-JotForm).

    2. Conditional Logic for showing/hiding multiple sets of questions based on a selection from the previous question:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

This isn't multiple forms, but multiple pages within the same form. I believe you can do it that way based on how you describe the form.

So, one page for each language and another page for the activity.

Please try that and let us know if you cannot get it to create or work properly. We'll then check your settings.

Thank you and I hope that helps.

I am so sorry. I forgot to mention that this method is for our classic form layout. Yours is currently the card form layout.

    You can switch it: https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout.

If you'd like the current card form layout, you can still utilize the show/hide condition for this. Just add the fields, and show them based on the selection.

    Thanks

OK, i have changed to classic view but i dont think you are following my question or i am missing something.

I have added the the element single choice, multiple choice and i can add a new page that adds another page. but all that happens it the client moves from the first page to the second. no where in the selected option does it ask me to link to another form.

I will try to explain a bit better.....page one, Three options

Option 1 (english) Option 2 (french) option three (Spanish)

The client selects one box (english) and then hits submit (if they dont have to hit submit that would be cool aswell)..... how will this take them to a different page than if the client selected box 2 (french)

Once the client selects the box it should take them to the next selection screen with the form in their language or basically a new set of forms.

the next page will have more option to chose from

    four option boxes

    Option 1 (Snorkeling)Option 2 (Try scuba diving)Option 1 (Certified Diveing)Option 1 (Scuba course)

Once they select one of the above option they will head down the check in routine we have fro the different activities.

But i cant seem to figure the way to route this

    Thank you the explanation.

To clarify, once the users select the language in the first page, do all other pages have the same questions/fields for all languages? Is yes, why don't you try using our Multi lingual form method?

Using this method, you have a form language drop down at the top right corner. Users can choose the language, which will automatically change all the fields into that selected language.

But before that you will need to follow the steps outlined in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-Make-Your-Forms-Multilingual (Keep the form language as English as per step 2 of this guide and On step 4 of this guide, you can add the languages French and Spanish).

Do review and let us know if this would work out for you.

ok i am getting annoyed ... come on guys get the point of the question!!!

Forget i used the selection of language move to part two of the request above

Lets pretend you get two options to pick from..

Fly or swim ... both very different things. if you select fly and then click next... the next page will take you to questions about your flying status and dependent on the answers there will take you to the different forms required to be filled out for flying ... different planes because different plans need different forms ....... are you understanding my question?

Lets carry on ......  If you selected Swim you go to completely different forms pages to be filled out .

I have found the button condional logic.... but the options arent really all that logical.

I would thing the option should be

-if selected / skip to page ?  but it doesnt

and now i will wait again for a answer.... please answer this time

Sorry, if there was any confusion.

In your case, as you have rightly used, the Skip a page conditional logic will work. When creating the condition, Hide the Fly page if Swim is chosen and vice versa.

Please check this sample form based on what you have described: https://form.jotform.com/201447916641052

Do review and let us know if this is how you want to implement.
