How can i create a reservation form?

    Hi

I would like to create a form with timing for the customer to choose. ( Eg: Each timing with maximum 5 vacancies only)

Besides having the selection to reserve the slot, there must also have a button to cancel if they do not want / to give up the slot. Which template/widget should I explore or use?

Also, is there a way for the customer to receive their submission confirmation in the form of email or through messages? so that they can keep a record of what they have submitted.

Also, I will like to use the form to create a domain website is it possible?

    Hi Huilinglh1987,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

I invite you to browse our Form Templates Gallery and look for the predesigned reservation forms ready to be used and customized.

Feel free to look for more assistance. We are happy to help.

Also, is there a way for the customer to receive their submission confirmation in the form of email or through messages? so that they can keep a record of what they have submitted.

Yes, your customers may be able to receive notification and confirmation through emails.

You may use our Autoresponder that would allow them to receive emails after they submit the form.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

Also, I will like to use the form to create a domain website is it possible?

May we confirm if you want to embed the form to your website?

If yes, you may use this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

If you want to change the URL you may use these guides:

Use CUSTOM URLS - These URLs can be configured inside the FORM BUILDER. The new URL will still point to jotform.com and will bear your username + your custom URL.

    e.g. https://www.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{yourCustomURL}

    Complete guide: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

Use a CUSTOM DOMAIN - You can add a CNAME record that points to custom.jotform2.com with your domain or subdomain.

    I hope this helps.

Let us know if you need further assistance

Thank you . However I do not want to have the predesigned form. I will like
to know which widget to use that will be helpful. For example: I chose a
time, after some time , i would like to release the time slot which chosen
earlier before the commencement of classes or event etc..
Yes, your customers may be able to receive notification and confirmation
through emails. You may use our Autoresponder that would allow them to
receive emails after they submit the form.
Need any email to be in the form ?
Require sign in by customer in order to receive their submission?
Is there a way that the customer do not need to sign in to the account ?
We do not have a website domain, possible to create a website?

For example: I chose a time, after some time, I would like to release the time slot which chosen earlier before the commencement of classes or events etc..

You can use the inventory widget for this, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/inventory. You can lift the limits or add vacancies by adding additional quantity.

You may use our Autoresponder that would allow them to receive emails after they submit the form. Need any email to be in the form?

Yes, the autoresponder is an email template that will be sent to the form responder. If you have an email field then you can set that as a recipient for your autoresponder.

Require sign-in by customer in order to receive their submission?

Your users can fill out and submit the form without signing up or signing in.

We do not have a website domain, possible to create a website?

Please note that custom domain links are only available for Enterprise users. However, you can embed your form on your webpage if you do not want to use the default link of the form.
