Dear Jotform
I have linked my jotform with my gmail address. Is it possible to cancel this login and replace it with another login, managed by my colleague?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer the subscription to another account.
Does your colleague already have a Jotform account? How about changing the email address linked to your account? We can also change your account username if you wish.

He doesn't have a jotform account. But changing to another email address would be equally fine. Is that possible? Would be great help for me.

Yes, you would be able to update the email address and reset the password.
You may change your account email address from the profile section of your JotForm account.
