Hi,
We are having some issues upgrading our account.
It appears that the credit card we previously used had expired so we attempted to change the details and then upgrade the account but it still isn't working.
Are you able to assist or suggest what we should do?

Hello @BethTay! On your Billing page, you should be able to change your Credit Card information by clicking on the Change Credit Card button (screenshot attached for reference).
If you're not able to change your Credit Card by using this option, please take a screenshot of the error and send that to us. Make sure to blur any sensitive information on your screenshot before sending. We only need to know the error that you're seeing.
